- General Purpose of the Position:
The Franchise team commercially optimise the relationship with our Franchise Partner Accounts to make the most of Sales and Service opportunities and generally drive business and brand awareness in Franchise territories. The Franchise team deliver outstanding levels of customer service by handling all queries in a timely, professional, supportive manner.
PROFILE
Responsibilities:
Contributing to the sales and performance of the Franchise business by supporting the team with daily tasks
Arranging shipments by liaising with the Shipping and Allocation departments
Responsible for preparing invoices, paying particular attention to details.
Responsible for checking bank statements and balance before invoicing
To be responsible for the filing of all information and record keeping as required
Support with client enquiries, presentations…
Skills and Ability:
Previous work experience as an Operations / Aftersales / Back office role in a luxury industry preferred
Excellent organisational skills
Detailed oriented, thorough and strives for accuracy
Good time management skills, with the ability to multitasking and prioritize tasks
Good level in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and SAP
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
