We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Franchise Account Manager to join a world-renowned luxury jewellery house based within their London headquarters.

The Role
As Franchise Account Manager, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and its international franchise network, building and maintaining long-term partnerships whilst supporting overall business growth across multiple territories.
You will oversee day-to-day franchise operations, analyse commercial performance, support strategic planning, and ensure the seamless execution of brand standards across all partner locations.
This role would suit a commercially minded luxury professional with strong relationship management skills, excellent organisational ability, and a genuine passion for fine jewellery and luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with international franchise partners
- Drive sales performance and profitability across franchise territories
- Analyse sales trends, stock levels, and market opportunities to identify areas for growth
- Develop and implement strategic commercial action plans aligned with global objectives
- Advise partners on product strategy, merchandising, and luxury retail best practice
- Oversee order management processes including allocations, invoicing, and logistics coordination
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and commercial tracking
- Support showroom presentations, client meetings, and collection launches at head office
- Ensure the highest standards of luxury brand presentation and client experience are maintained at all times
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience within luxury jewellery, watches, fashion, or high-end retail
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple projects and international accounts simultaneously
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced luxury environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- SAP knowledge would be advantageous
- Jewellery industry knowledge highly desirable
- Additional languages, particularly Arabic, would be beneficial
