Fine Jewellery CAD Designer - Hybrid

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, long-established luxury jeweller based in the North West of the UK. Known for their outstanding craftsmanship, bespoke services, and exceptional customer experience, this company is now seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join their growing team.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home with visits to both head office and retail locations across the region. It's a fantastic opportunity for a creative and technically proficient CAD Designer who is passionate about luxury jewellery and delivering designs of the highest quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce precise and detailed CAD designs for bespoke and collection jewellery, working closely with clients, sales teams, and workshop staff

• Translate client briefs and design concepts into technical CAD models suitable for manufacture

• Collaborate with retail and production teams to ensure the feasibility, accuracy, and aesthetic standards of each piece

• Create photorealistic renders or visualisations to support the sales process and client presentations

• Attend in-person meetings at head office and retail locations as required

• Contribute ideas to new collection development and support innovation in design processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a CAD design role within the luxury jewellery sector

• High proficiency in Matrix and Rhino

• Strong understanding of fine jewellery manufacturing processes and gemstone setting

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Creative flair with a commercial mindset – able to balance beauty with practicality

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Willingness to travel within the North West for regular office and store visits
