Social Media Manager Fine Jewellery

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee a social media presence and engagement strategy for a luxury jewellers based in Middlesex. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and a track record of driving brand awareness and engagement through compelling content and strategic campaigns. A knowledge or passion for fine jewellery would be desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to the brand, and proactively engage with followers to build community and foster positive relationships.
• Analise performance metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing, and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
