We have a vacancy for an administrator with a luxury watch company based in Mayfair.
Purpose:
In partnership with the rest of the Boutique Team members, the Sales Associate will be responsible for building customer loyalty, maintaining and developing the brand image. In addition to helping with day-to-day admin and assisting the directors in the boutique with daily tasks. This role will develop with time with potential to travel and gain experience in the watch and jewellery industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the boutique director in their day-to-day work.
- To welcome the client, creating the ideal atmosphere in line with local etiquette and the customs of hospitality set by the brand.
- To discover the client’s needs, selecting from the available watches and jewellery in stock.
- To advise the client and present the timepieces on offer, highlighting the features and providing sales arguments in line with the client’s motivations and needs, and adhering to the rituals of presentation established by the brand.
- Communicate a passion for the brand and for watchmaking.
- Respond knowledgably to the client’s technical questions on watchmaking and stones,
- To develop a clientele and create customer loyalty.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2 - 3 years proven sales experience in luxury retail.
- Background in luxury goods is essential and preferably in the jewellery industry. High level education desired.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer skills MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint) Personal network / contact database.
- Personal interest in craftsmanship, literature, history, arts etc.
