W have a vacancy for a sales administrator with a luxury jewellery company in London. This is a Head Office position Monday to Friday.
The team provides outstanding support to all our Regions, which includes the following missions: Daily product enquiries, special-orders and VIP quotations, stock support for events and store openings. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and will be working closely with a variety of teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Card management (passport of the products for our worldwide stock)
- Reporting: Monthly report on client enquiries, repair report
- Archiving special order proposal
- Designs archiving (Client design requests)
- Support with VIP presentations
- Watch strap & spare part orders
- Aftersales documentation (COQs / Valuations)
Skills:
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Prioritisation of own work load and ability to adapt to urgent requests.
- Good communication skills.
- Jewellery knowledge a plus, but not essential.
- Strong excel and Microsoft office skills.
- Deal with e-mail/telephone enquiries on a timely basis.
