Description

W have a vacancy for a sales administrator with a luxury jewellery company in London. This is a Head Office position Monday to Friday.

The team provides outstanding support to all our Regions, which includes the following missions: Daily product enquiries, special-orders and VIP quotations, stock support for events and store openings. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and will be working closely with a variety of teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Card management (passport of the products for our worldwide stock)
  • Reporting: Monthly report on client enquiries, repair report
  • Archiving special order proposal
  • Designs archiving (Client design requests)
  • Support with VIP presentations
  • Watch strap & spare part orders
  • Aftersales documentation (COQs / Valuations)

Skills:

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Prioritisation of own work load and ability to adapt to urgent requests.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Jewellery knowledge a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong excel and Microsoft office skills.
  • Deal with e-mail/telephone enquiries on a timely basis.
