About the Role
The Customer Service centre based in Southampton provides a full servicing operation to brands produced by the Swatch Group, including our luxury brands, Breguet and Blancpain.
We are seeking a very talented Watchmaker with significant experience in successfully servicing a variety of luxury Swiss made watches, to join Swatch and play a pivotal part in our customer’s experience, servicing luxury watches crafted by Breguet and Blancpain.
At Swatch Group (UK) Limited, employee training, development and progression is of paramount importance. You will have already completed brand specific training, however they will provide you with continuous development opportunities, for those that demonstrate commitment.
Job Description for Luxury Watchmaker: Breguet and Blancpain- Carry out required servicing on watches allocated to you, in accordance with the brand specific standards
- Ensure the perfect technical functioning of the watch before passing to Quality Control
- Clearly communicate all queries to your Supervisor and/or Technical Manager when required.
- Take ownership of servicing watches within the agreed timeframes
- This role requires you to undertake brand specific training and continuous professional development opportunities in order to increase knowledge.

- WOSTEP/BHI certification, or equivalent
- Extensive experience as a Luxury Watchmaker
- Relevant accreditation/s and specific training from a luxury watch brand/s
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to clearly follow brand specific technical guidelines
- Experience of working towards set targets
- A self-motivated individual who is able to deliver high standards of quality, in line with brand standards
- A strong interest in continuing and developing a long-term career with the Swatch Group
- Brand training across all Swatch Group brands, with travel required to our Headquarters in Switzerland
