- We have a vacancy for a Senior Stock Operations Coordinator with an ELITE Jewellery company based in Mayfair.
This role would be ideally suited to a Jewellery Merchandising, Jewellery Logistics or Jewellery Administration background.
This is a company that most candidates would aspire to work for.
This role is Head Office based Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the upkeep of the image bank for repeatable and unique products
Product Information library ordering, checking, printing and distributing globally as necessary
Management of all diamond and gemstones certificates lifecycle from receipt to distribution
Stock database & System administration for all product changes and for new production
Stock allocations distribution to all company stores
Stock control of imports, making sure that all stock is received and distributed as necessary.
Responsible for providing a list of High Jewellery inventory for the company’s bi-weekly stock checks
High Jewellery safe upkeep and movement management
Stock management for product photography (internally & externally)
Liaising with Marketing, Merchandising, Shipping, Sales Support, Production and Procurement teams for all stock related needs
Unique stones archive upkeep
Help with any other ad hoc tasks and provide continuous support to the team when required
Required Skills:
SAP experience an advantage
Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Detail oriented with ability to handle high work load and emphasis on prioritisation and changing deadlines
Effective communication skills, including ability to interact with senior management and key internal stake holders
