Ongoing planning of brand advertising campaign – assist Marketing Manager & Media Planner in delivery of campaign
Ensure field sales team & Boutique are aware of all advertising activity
Liaise with retailers to provide key social media assets on a monthly basis
Collection of the Market Flash (including competitors activities) from the Field team
and submit it to HQ on a monthly basis
Management & delivery of Ireland media plan
Point of Sale
Responsible for ensuring in-store collateral including POS, catalogues, gifts and other materials are available in Boutique and SIS; align with marketing guidelines. Place POS orders from retailers and arrange distribution of marketing materials
Manage POS stock levels in warehouse & ARVATO; ensure all POS in warehouse is
kept in a good condition
Efficiently manage the roll-out of new POS campaigns
Liaison & main point of contact for field sales staff regarding store POS material
General
Creation of project sheets; assist Marketing Manager with purchase order management and invoices.
Ensure product and price list information is updated as new product is launched
Maintain/update product listings and samples information on ongoing basis
Managing stock in store room, ordering replenishment of items which are low
Trade Marketing
Project manage the opening of new SIS, from implementation to installation
Responsible for assisting in and preparing full marketing and individual trade
marketing plans
Assisting marketing manager to prepare and implement promotional marketing
activity requested by customers, including direct mail, co-op magazines and advertising
Boutique
Assist Marketing Manager in creation & management of ongoing Boutique event calendar to drive footfall & support existing Boutique client base
Ongoing liaison with Boutique and Visual merchandiser to ensure all POS & visuals are correct & updated in line with brand campaigns
Events
Ongoing event management & support for all brand events including Royal Ascot, Global Champions Tour and Hickstead etc.
Ad hoc event support depending on campaign/seasonality
Product
Assist Marketing Manager with organisation of Retailer trainings
Ensure that Sales Administration, Customer Services, Logistics and relevant Finance
Department Personnel are made aware of, and trained upon, all new product prior to launch in the market place
Field Sales Support
Provide central office co-ordination and support to field sales team
Distribution
Maintain on-going updated record of distribution
Highlight any changes in distribution to Account Managers and VMTs immediately
Administration
Prepare all official documentation for signature and action to appropriate departments
Deal efficiently with calls from field sales staff/customers/retailers/Advertising agents
Ordering gift items
Set up and maintain office filing and working procedures covering key areas of administration
Ensure all brand information and literature is up to date and available at all times
Ensure all consumer/customer enquiries are dealt with in a quick and efficient
manner
Establish excellent lines of communication with internal and external personnel
Attendance and contribution to monthly marketing meetings
Key Skills
Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have interest & experience in digital and social media marketing
Enthusiasm for the product but also for working in a busy, demanding
environment
Good interpersonal skills as this roles involves a significant amount of liaising
with retailers, consumers, internal departments and the wider group
Excellent IT skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Facebook and Instagram
experience is key and SAP and Google Analytics experience is desirable
