- Role / Job Purpose:-
To deliver Express Technical Service to specification in a retail environment. Document all work carried out, maintain accurate records and provide a personal service by offering professional assistance to Aftersales Service customersto deliver an unsurpassed service culture to create world-class client experiences. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide customer service and product sales support on the shop floor as required.
Key Duties:-
Provide accurate Diagnostic and Estimation services for quartz watches brought to the Boutique
Simple interventions to the required factory standard such as:
Strap and bracelet adjustments using the field tool kit,
Water resistance checking for 5 year warranty check,
Quartz Maintenance Service
Mechanical Maintenance – Regulation only.
Carry out all repairs within published time frames
Provide advice and personal service to boutique customers
Provide customer service and sales support when required by the needs of the business
Assist with the general running of the boutique aftersales department
Principal Accountabilities
Keep record of all work undertaken on Production Control Sheet, which is to be sent to the Technical Manager on a weekly basis
Enter all work completed on the Tracking system
Provide technical support and basic technical training to boutique staff
Manage Spare Parts stock and orders
Quality control of all completed repairs both in store and from Service Centre
Thoroughly test and quality control all completed repairs according to working instructions
Follow ongoing internal training program
Any other task that the management reasonably request
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:-
Good organisational skills, accuracy is paramount, professional telephone manner, ability to prioritise work, able to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivator and problem solver, positive listening and communication skills, high levels of concentration and attention to detail, eye/hand coordination, able to meet targets and deadlines, positive communication skills, computer skills.
