- We have a vacancy for a Production Assistant/Administrator with a prestigious jewellery company in London.
Production Assistant/Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all jewellery and watch orders across Retail and Wholesale departments
Create production orders in SAP and Excel
Create physical layout for orders for internal and external use and maintain order log
Validate and track all production, including priority orders, deadlines and delays
Generate reporting to track production deadlines across multiple product lines and for multiple retail and wholesale partners
Manage critical path for production orders across the business
Communicate with internal partners and jewellery and watch workshops ensuring all parties are up to date on their deliveries to meet client expectations
Additional assignments as needed
Required Skills:
Excellent organisation and follow up skills
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
SAP experience
Detail oriented with ability to handle high work load and emphasis on prioritization and changing deadlines
Effective communication skills, including ability to interact with senior management, key internal stake holders and workshops
