- Account Manager – Luxury Watch Brand UK - Maternity Contract
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with ones of the world’s leading luxury watch brands in the UK.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Ensures expected physical representation standards are met (retail environment, external and internal prominence, maintenance and cleanliness).
Ensures compliance with brand display standards as detailed in the display guidelines.
Ensures all point-of-sale material is utilised effectively and maintained in excellent condition
Audits inventory and liaises with brand UK Sales department to ensure that minimum inventory levels are maintained.
Liaises with brand UK After-Sales department to ensure service standards are maintained at OTRs.
In conjunction with Marketing and Communications team ensures that local marketing plans (to include advertising, CRM and events are produced and implemented to promote brand in the appropriate territory, optimising use of available budget.
Supports retailer events and facilitates sales.
Supports sales and product training initiatives.

Essential
Previous retail account management experience with the jewellery/watch industry.
Resident within or close to M25 with easy access to public transport networks
Minimum two years’ previous retail account management experience
IT skills including Excel as well as using and interrogating SAP and similar business information systems
Detailed watch product knowledge
Brand awareness and competitors
OTR Sales/Retail knowledge
Presentation/coaching skills
Minimum A Level standard or equivalent
