The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Jewellery Sales Professional to represent a respected luxury house in Mayfair.
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to clients, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique when required.Your role will combine sales excellence with operational awareness — managing stock, supporting a small team, and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first introduction to post-sale follow-up
- Drive sales through product knowledge, relationship-building, and a consultative sales approach
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the boutique when required
- Oversee stock control, presentation, and merchandising of fine jewellery pieces
- Support and motivate a small in-store team to achieve shared goals
- Maintain the brand’s reputation through professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion
About You
- Experienced in fine or luxury jewellery sales
- Confident and engaging with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail environment
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to oversee boutique operations when needed
