Description

Jewellery Stylist is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a luxury jewellery company based in Manchester. They are now seeking a confident and organised Jewellery Administrator to join their office-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong administrative ability with a good understanding of fine jewellery and a polished, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately

  • Responding to client emails and supporting front-of-house service when required

  • Inputting and managing data within internal systems and CRM platforms

  • Updating stock and sales records with high levels of accuracy

  • Supporting the sales and workshop teams with administrative and after-sales tasks

  • General office administration including filing, printing, and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or luxury retail support role

  • Good understanding of fine jewellery, including product terminology and materials

  • Strong computer literacy, including confidence with Excel and CRM systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude

  • Professional, polished demeanour suitable for a high-end luxury environment

Additional Details:

  • Office-based in Manchester

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
