- Jewellery Stylist is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a luxury jewellery company based in Manchester. They are now seeking a confident and organised Jewellery Administrator to join their office-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong administrative ability with a good understanding of fine jewellery and a polished, professional manner. - Key Responsibilities: - Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately 
- Responding to client emails and supporting front-of-house service when required 
- Inputting and managing data within internal systems and CRM platforms 
- Updating stock and sales records with high levels of accuracy 
- Supporting the sales and workshop teams with administrative and after-sales tasks 
- General office administration including filing, printing, and documentation 
 - Candidate Requirements: - Previous experience in an administrative or luxury retail support role 
- Good understanding of fine jewellery, including product terminology and materials 
- Strong computer literacy, including confidence with Excel and CRM systems 
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude 
- Professional, polished demeanour suitable for a high-end luxury environment 
 - Additional Details: - Office-based in Manchester 
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
