Jewellery Stylist is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a luxury jewellery company based in Manchester. They are now seeking a confident and organised Jewellery Administrator to join their office-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong administrative ability with a good understanding of fine jewellery and a polished, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Responding to client emails and supporting front-of-house service when required
Inputting and managing data within internal systems and CRM platforms
Updating stock and sales records with high levels of accuracy
Supporting the sales and workshop teams with administrative and after-sales tasks
General office administration including filing, printing, and documentation
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or luxury retail support role
Good understanding of fine jewellery, including product terminology and materials
Strong computer literacy, including confidence with Excel and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Professional, polished demeanour suitable for a high-end luxury environment
Additional Details:
Office-based in Manchester
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
