About the Role
As Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate management of stock across the business. This position is administration-focused and would suit someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data with precision.Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and update stock movements in internal systems
Coordinate repairs, returns, and replenishment
Assist with daily and monthly stock reconciliations
Maintain meticulous records and paperwork relating to inventory
Support the wider team with administrative tasks related to stock and logistics
The Ideal Candidate
Strong administration experience is essential – ideally within a fast-paced retail, jewellery, or luxury environment
Background in jewellery or luxury goods is highly desirable
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
A calm and professional demeanour with a collaborative mindset
