The Role

As a Watch Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building lasting client relationships, delivering outstanding sales results, and representing the brand’s heritage and values. You will work within a close-knit team, advising high-net-worth customers on exclusive timepieces and providing a seamless luxury retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to every client

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including developing a client book

• Provide expert knowledge on luxury watch brands and collections

• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining boutique presentation standards

• Represent the brand at in-store

• Handle after-sales enquiries with professionalism and care

About You

• Proven experience in luxury watch or fine jewellery sales

• Strong understanding of the luxury market and high-end clientele expectations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Sales-driven

• Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism

• Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
