As a Jewellery Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class, personalised experience to every client. You will take pride in offering expert advice, building lasting relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage every client warmly, providing an outstanding luxury retail experience.
Understand client needs and present suitable pieces from the fine jewellery and luxury collections.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including aftersales follow-up and clienteling.
Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
Maintain impeccable presentation standards within the boutique.
Develop strong product knowledge across the entire collection to deliver informed recommendations.
Support in visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
Act as an ambassador for the brand, reflecting its values and ethos at all times.
About You:
Previous experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within fine jewellery, watches, or premium fashion.
Genuine passion for luxury products and delivering an outstanding client experience.
Confident, polished, and professional presentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
