The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the boutique operates to the highest standards. You’ll inspire and lead a small team, drive performance, and uphold the values of excellence, elegance, and discretion.

We are seeking an experienced luxury retail professional who brings:
- Proven management experience within a prestigious jewellery or watch house
- A deep understanding of clienteling and the luxury retail environment
- Leadership skills to inspire, motivate and develop a boutique team
- Impeccable presentation, professionalism, and communication skills
