We have a great vacancy for an experienced Watch Quality Control specialist with a luxury watch company based in Berkshire, UK.
Role Description
The role involves coordinating and executing the quality control of both assembly and after sales departments.
- Ensuring a consistent level of quality across a high variety of brands both in after sales and assembly.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of key interactions and QC notes to ensure effective documentation and reviews.
- Driving and implement solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency of processes.
- Liaise with individual technicians on corrections and patterns.
