Jewellery Production Assistant

The Production team plays a crucial role in our operations by overseeing the manufacturing process and the product development of our pieces from the conception to the final deliveries. As a Production Assistant, your main mission will be to provide operational support to the production organisation and strategy. What I need to do:

• To support all aspects of the Production team in the critical flow of jewellery and watch production
• Creation and updating of technical plans for core best sellers
• Maintaining jewellery wax model archive
• Support the critical path of new samples including technical details, model feedback, costings and deadline management
• Placing stock orders and reviewing deadlines
• Ensuring that the product data is accurate and updated in the system
• Building strong communication with our workshops
• Assisting the merchandising teams with retail needs (client enquiries, quotation, deadline management, special order and design requests)

What I need to know:

• Professional competencies.
• Advanced Excel and good analytical skills
• SAP experience a plus
• Background in the jewellery or luxury industry is preferred
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and managing high volume of references would be greatly appreciated
