Full Time –5 days a week
Holiday –22 days per annum plus Bank holidays

This role will be to control all stock for our different departments internally and externally. This will involve the management and development of our inventory management systems and controlling all aspects of stock movement within the business. There may also be stock control and listing responsibilities as well as administration on all levels to help support other areas in the business including dispatch, data control, social media and multimedia related tasks, although these will be secondary to your main responsibilities. Controlling our stock will require organization and adoption of current company policies and ethics, which you will be trained in. You have an opportunity to develop and implement new structures alongside those already in place. As you will be working as part of a team you may be required to work on tasks outside of your job description from time to time but these will be within the day-to-day operation of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the company stocked and consignment inventories from all departments.
  • Maintain accuracy of all stock systems.
  • Improve locational management between locations
  • Management and coordination of content management systems relating to our stock.
  • Working closely with sales teams to streamline booking in and dispatch processes.
  • Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximize working capital.
  • Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all the main inventory control processes and functions.
  • Control inward/outward stock processes.
  • Day to day crossover and involvement with other tasks in the day-to-day running of the business when necessary.
  • Developing and improving existing structures in delivering better service as well as helping with ideas and innovation online &offline for Xupes.
  • Responsible for the management and running of planned stock takes.
  • Assisting with Xupes Services stock control.- ONLY FROM NL PERSEPECTIVE 
  • Assisting in the management of parts and accessories acquisition and stock processing.
  • Produce monthly reports with accounts to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
  • Manage and establish control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
  • Aim to achieve a minimum of 98% inventory record accuracy. 
  • Managing external platform listings 
  • Completing stock takes across all departments more than once a week where needed, especially retail stores. 
  • Management of admin from NL to UK. E.g. invoices, px paperwork, consignment paperwork, returns paperwork

  • Desired Skills &Experience:
  •  
  • Background experience in inventory management.
  • Merchandising experience would be an added benefit. 
  • Experience with online CMS products is an added benefit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good verbal and written and communication skills in a demanding and customer focused working environment.
  • Have the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressures whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Working well as part of a team.
  • A self-starter able to work independently, managing multiple projects, with the willingness to lean, improve and adapt.
  • Possess a passion and appreciation for luxury goods, and a desire to be immersed in a world of Interior Design, Antiques, Fine Art, Watches, Jewellery and Fashion.
  • Good presentation for front of house responsibilities.
  • Possess the relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications –Outlook, Excel, Word, and an understanding of content management systems.
