We have an exciting vacancy for a Wholesale Account Manager with an ELITE global jewellery house based in Mayfair, London.
Operating in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment, the Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing key partners in Franchise territories. You will work closely with franchise partners, merchandising, planning, production, finance and marketing teams to drive sales, strengthen relationships and maximise revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will be extremely commercially oriented, driven, have strong communication skills and be strategic to help to identify areas of sales growth, profitability and opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for their accounts from A to Z by having a strong knowledge of:
- Opportunities, strengths and weaknesses
- Sales results, stock inventory/gaps and price points
- Environment: country, competition, location, visual merchandising, footfall, conversion rate,
- marketing activity
- Understand their business objectives, challenges and market trends
Oversee the results of each partner by:
- Defining action plans and identifying opportunities and challenges
- Analysing sales / stock situation and propose replenishment
- Projecting sales accurately, with the support of Head of Operations / Franchise Manager to
- align with global business objective
- Monitoring performance and providing regular reports to the management team
- Building high-level reporting
Communication and relationships:
- Build strong and long-term relationships with key stakeholders within franchise accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact
- Communicate on product strategy, new launches, price list
- Maximise the opportunities, help them to merchandise and share the retail best practice
Daily support / enquiries:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of each account and answer all enquiries
- Prepare the selection and the presentation for all VIP enquiries/consignment/HJ Exhibition
- Update trackers
- Coordinate shipment and invoicing
- Ensure payments are received on a timely basis and follow up where necessary
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with the planning team to develop accurate sales forecasts
- Product needs/new orders: Partner with Merchandising, Procurement and Production
- Work closely with operations, quality control, finance, shipping and marketing teams to
- ensure effective execution of account strategies, resolve issues and deliver exceptional service
Showroom:
- Be a strong contributor for preparing and organising the showroom or any presentation at the London HQ
- Prepare reporting and develop tools to maximise sales
- Presentation of new products
- Ensure all orders are submitted in the timely manner
- Work closely with our Franchise partners to ensure an optimal buy
This role is Head Office based, Monday to Friday and the company offer a good basic salary plus bonus and benefits.
