We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewellery Sales Professional to join a luxury jewellers in Hatton Garden, London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires excellent customer service skills, an in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on product features, specifications, and care instructions.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery trends, designs, and collections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.
- Ensure the showroom is always clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Criteria:
- Positive and enthusiastic sales manner
- Be able to work well in a small team within a friendly environment.
- Be articulate, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in jewellery sales (essential)
- A qualification such as Jet 1, Jet 2 (desirable)
