Sales Professional

Our client, a luxury jewellers specialises in fine jewellery, pre-owned watches, and bespoke design and manufacturing. They have built lasting relationships with many of their customers, often serving multiple generations of families. The company is committed to providing a friendly, professional atmosphere and ensuring that their clients receive the utmost care for all their jewellery needs.

We are seeking a sales executive with a strong drive to generate sales while fostering customer loyalty.

Duties:-

• Visual Merchandising - arrange attractive displays in windows and show cabinets.
• Advise customers on products and help them choose the most suitable product through delivering excellent customer service
• Ensure that stock and the store are clean and well represented
• Build relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Take payment for goods and repairs, and issue receipts
• Use computer systems to manage customer accounts , stock, and repairs
• To undertake minor jewellery repairs including replacing watch batteries for which on the job training will be given as necessary.
• Place and follow up special orders
• Subject to knowledge and skills, create on brand social media posts.

Criteria:-

• Preference will be given to candidates with JET qualifications and/ or experience of the industry
• A confident and enthusiastic team player with a passion for beautiful jewellery and watches.
• Experience or an aptitude for bench work (close work) including minor repairs/battery
• Experience of creating and managing social media in a retail setting would be an advantage.
• Strong verbal skills
• Excellent computer skills are essential
• Experience of using social media is desirable
