- We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join a luxury jewellery company based Lancashire. The E-Commerce Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of online store operations, including product listing management, order processing, customer service, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, and possess strong communication skills. A knowledge of jewellery and watches would be desirable for this position.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for search engine visibility and conversion.
Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via email, chat, or phone.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners as needed.
Assist in analysing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Support website maintenance tasks, including updating content, images, and promotional banners.
Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
Assist in conducting competitive research and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
This role is Monday - Friday Head Office based. The company could consider a 4 day week for the right candidate.
