Position Summary:
As a Jewellery Sales Professional you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for customers while assisting them in finding the perfect piece of jewellery. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales through your in-depth product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping customers celebrate meaningful occasions with our stunning jewellery collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through personalized interactions.
Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to guide them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of jewellery collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design.
Stay updated on industry trends and communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers.
Provide expert advice and recommendations based on customers' preferences.
Sales and Targets:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Utilise effective sales techniques to close transactions and build a loyal customer base.
Visual Merchandising:
Assist in maintaining an attractive and organised showroom display.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure jewellery displays showcase products effectively.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the appropriate channels.
Criteria:
Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about jewellery and a keen eye for design.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
