- We have a great vacancy for an Assistant Manager with a luxury jewellers based in Surrey.
Role Description
As the Assistant Manager of this luxury Jewellers, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in the day-to-day management of the store. You will be an ambassador for the company and responsible for maintaining the store's visual appeal, providing exceptional customer service to clients, as well as driving jewellery sales. As an integral part of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager and ensuring the company provide the very best customer experience to their clients.
Qualifications
Prior experience in jewellery and luxury retail sales
A track record in successfully leading and managing a small sales team
The ability to drive sales and exceed targets
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
Experience in managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and visual merchandising
Strong organisational and management skills
Knowledge of the jewellery and watch industry
An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
A strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
Jet 1, Jet 2 or similar would be desirable
