Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a 1st Line support based at a luxury jewellery company Head Office in London. The 1st Line support will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees who are experiencing computer system issues. You will assist with hardware, software, and networking issues and help with the installation and configuration of computer systems. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure that computer systems are secure and running efficiently, keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Qualifications
Experience in technical support, and computer systems administration
Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
