- We have a vacancy for a receptionist with one of the world's leading prestigious Jewellery Houses based in Mayfair London.
Duties
Professionally manage front of house area, greeting all visitors politely and professionally.
Operate busy Nortel BCM switchboard in a professional manner, ensuring that all calls and enquiries, both internal and external, are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
Transfer call enquiries for members of staff.
Liaise with the security team to maintain safety procedures within the Headquarters at all times.
Issuing of security clearance passes to all visitors.
Collating personal information in line with fire regulations.
Schedule management of meeting rooms, ensuring the flow of meetings runs smoothly.
Ensuring company discretion is kept at all times with regard to client visits and meetings.
Access control in accordance with security standard operating procedures.
Assisting the facilities department with regard to general administration and building requirements.
Compiling, maintaining and circulating company telephone lists to all, including company stores.
Liaise with the cleaning operatives and catering staff for any meeting requirements.
Document admin/computer support for PR & Marketing department.
Occasional clerical and telephone support for Executive Assistant to the Chairman when required.
Ensure the reception area is immaculate at all times and that the current in-house magazine is displayed both in reception and Boardroom.
Marketing support
Produce weekly reports tracking advertisements and editorial from magazines, Twitter, Instagram.
Track advertising “missed opportunities”, creating weekly supporting report.
Periodic report created from press clippings collated from worldwide franchises
Creative report, looking into the teams behind important jewellery editorial shoots
Criteria:-
Excellent communication skills
Perfectly spoken English with a second language desirable but not essential
A passion for fine jewellery and luxury in general
Ability to converse with clients at a good level
