Description
We have an exciting vacancy for a Senior Watchmaker with a luxury watch house based in Hampshire.
 
For this role the company have the ability to sponsor candidates from outside of the UK under the skilled worked Visa program and will assist with an international relocation costs.

Carry out partial, exchange and traditional service on luxury watches, in accordance with specific brand guidelines and standards.
Organise and manage allocated work to ensure they are completed within the required department Service Level Agreement’s (SLA).
Identifying and ordering required spare parts.
To maintain clear communication between yourself, your team leader and the technical
administration team of any potential issues or delays in the workflow.
Be prepared to undertake brand specific training and development opportunities in order to
increase knowledge and experience.
 
Essential Skills and Experience
 
Professionally conscious with an ability to maintain high level working relationships.
Impeccable attention to detail and motivated to follow specific technical instructions and
criteria.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with an effective approach to
prioritising own workload.
A flexible and patient outlook to the requirements of a multi-brand working environment
where switching between instructions is of utmost importance.
Experience of working towards set targets within a service driven industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
Essential Qualifications
 
Certified to service OMEGA 1120 calibre (i.e. ETA 2892)
WOSTEP/BHI certification.
5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalent)
Time served apprenticeship
 
Desirable Skills and Experience
 
An interest in horology/watchmaking with long-term ambitions to develop a career.
Certification or proven experience in servicing OMEGA calibres (8800, 8500, 1861, 3330,
3313, 3303, 9300) or equivalent calibre from other brands.
Proven experience in Watch Diagnostics.
Team or Project Management Experience.
 
Desirable Qualifications
 
Accreditation from Swatch Group approved brands
