- We have a great vacancy for a junior sales professional with a luxury jewellers based in Londons West End.
Responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for new and existing client enquiries.
Taking ownership of the sales journey through from orders to collection.
Maintaining instore and window visual displays.
Ensuring delivery of first-class customer service when assisting clients in store, online and via telephone.
Proactive selling to clients developing strong relationships and enhancing the sales experience.
Taking ownership of areas assigned to you and managing these confidently and well.
Assisting with general store operations.
Representing the brand accordingly and maintaining high standards across the board.
Supporting the merchandising team with stock replenishment into the display.
Assisting at events as required.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You are able to work confidently with stock systems and Excel
You are proactive and able to work off own initiative
