- We have a fantastic vacancy for a Wholesale Sales Manager with a luxury jewellery company based in London.
The UK, Europe and the Middle East wholesale business is managed from the London Head Office.
Management of existing UK accounts
Driving the sales turnover of our UK network of stockists to pre-determined sales targets.
Travelling to stockists and liaising with staff and management to ensure the brand is well represented in relation to competing brands.
Ensuring merchandise is well stocked and maintained to the required levels.
Taking orders for sold items and presenting new collections.
Arranging and attending appointments with owners/management to assess how sell through is in relation to other competing brands.
Organising and attending events and promotional activities.
Conducting staff training – making sure that sales staff of the stockists are well versed in the information about the Brand required to achieve successful sales results.
Making sure POS – display/catalogue - material is presentable and well stocked.
Office based client care and administration
Co-ordinating with Customer Care Team, regarding the following:
Processing and shipping of client orders
Monitoring client’s co-op advertising
Managing repairs
Responding to client’s enquiries.
