- Description
- We are currently recruiting an experienced Administrator to work with an ELITE jewellery company based in Mayfair London. The role is to process new production orders and work on pricing. Under the supervision of the Head of Procurement, the role includes managing and maintaining the integrity of data.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoices & stock-in
Oversee direct and coordinate invoices for finished products
Managing workload so invoices are processed efficiently
Stock-in products quickly and efficiently
Attention into details when inputting data into the system
Pricing:
Understanding how our products are priced
Calculate prices
Data
Processing all new data
Checking details of all new products (weights, prices and descriptions…)
Questioning and clarifying information before processing
Monitor and maintain accuracy of data
Weekly checks to ensure data is correct and up-to-date
Raise any concerns with Internal Stakeholders to identify any potential issues through verbal and written communication.
Process:
Managing & implementing new procedures and processes
Makes recommendations on areas for process improvement.
Others:
Additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities
Required Skills:- Excellent with numbers
- Previous experience in Pricing, Sales administration or Accounting role(s) is required
- Detail oriented with ability to handle several projects simultaneously and prioritise
- Excellent organization and effective planning skills
- Experience with working to tight timescales
- Thrive under pressure and ability to think quickly and react to ad hoc requests.
- Proactive and agile
- Ability to interact effectively with peers and senior management
- Strong Microsoft Excel and SAP skills
- Understanding of the jewellery production a plus.
