- The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Email & CRM Manager to join a jewellery company’s London head office team to build on the growth of their multi channel brands across the Diamond Jewellery industry.
The successful CRM Manager will take the lead on delivering the Email and CRM strategy through online and offline channels. You will be commercially savvy with a strong understanding of customer data and be able to use customer analytics to develop and optimise engagement with customers and drive commercial value. As a new role in the business it will be ideal for someone who is looking to develop a new function and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the email marketing channel strategy/performance
Drive repeat purchase through campaigns and new initiatives
Develop automation triggers and events for in the moment messaging
Work with the global team to understand key content plans, promotions and initiative to take through to email campaigns
Drive forward and lead the implementation of the CRM strategy in line with overall brand and digital strategy
Increase customer loyalty through online & offline CRM channels
Design, manage and execute the customer loyalty strategy, creating timely customer retention programs that will increase loyalty, retention and encourage segment
Launch innovative, best in class CRM programmes to acquire new customers, retain / reward existing customers and re-engage with lapsed customers across channels
Lead CRM reporting on customer, channel and programme performance on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis
Experience and Skills Required
4+ years Email/CRM experience within an ecommerce organisation
Experienced in developing retention campaigns
Proficient in handling data across multiple CRM platforms
Previous experience using Klaviyo
Solid Experience in Google Analytics and Excel
Able to present data back to stakeholders
Experienced in building advanced customer segments
Strong communication and presenting skills - both verbal and written
Worked with marketing projects and helped through to delivery
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
