- The Role
This is a dual role comprising both sales and operations therefore, we are looking for an extraordinary individual with a passion for jewellery, sales and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
● Influence and increase sales in a one to one selling environment
● Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals personalities and needs
● Learn and confidently share product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
● Operating the system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges
● Diamond, gemstone, and precious metal jewellery product knowledge
● Day to day tasks will be providing advice on products, completing sales, negotiating
upgrades, admin roles and handling customer service enquiries.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
● Strong knowledge of jewellery, with diamonds is advantageous
● Retail sales experience
● Customer service & handling customer queries over the phone and via email
● Working knowledge of basic computer software packages (excel, word, outlook) and Gmail.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines without dropping the high standards we maintain
● A great sense of humour
● A “ can do attitude” at all times
● Highly organised, ambitious and able to work to company guidelines
● Professional, polite, friendly and tactful approach
