- Description
- We have an exciting vacancy for a Production Assistant with an ELITE jewellery company based in Mayfair, London.
This role is Head Office based and Monday to Friday.
Duties
To support all aspects of the Production team in the critical flow of jewellery and watch production
Including Placing stock orders and reviewing deadlines
Building strong communication with in house and external workshops
Assisting sales liaison team with retail needs, including retail enquiries, quoting, deadline management, special order and design requests
Placing stock orders for sold and retail items
Required Skills:
Excellent organisation and follow up skills
Detail oriented with ability to handle high work load and emphasis on prioritisation
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
SAP experience a plus
Effective communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with senior management
