- The key objective of this position is to provide sales and support, excellent customer service and support to the Stock Operations Team.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Merchandise Responsibilities
Merchandise in the morning and de-merchandise in the evening.
Support with VM, installation of animations and reporting.
Understand and support stock team with QA and repairs.
Support with PR photoshoots to ensure correct handling of merchandise and support with QA upon return.
Assist with jewellery transfers between stores and local jewellery workshop as and when needed.
Direct Sales Support
On call to assist Sales Executives with clients and preparing client product presentations. Responsible for executing stock searches and compiling relevant product documentation.
Assist Sales and Marketing with CRM, specifically ensuring client profile cards are signed and uploaded in to the global system.
Support with preparing and distributing the daily sales flash.
Customer Service
Provide refreshments.
Handle client telephone requests.
Escort clients throughout the building.
Be available to support with any reasonable customer service request.
Administrative Duties
Support Sales Executives with client repairs, certificates and valuations.
Answer telephones, monitor voicemails and take messages.
Assist with client correspondence, web enquiries, catalogue requests and mailings.
Ensure all salon offices are stocked with necessary office supplies, catalogues, forms and stationary.
Support Marketing with monthly advertising, editorial and ROI reports for corporate and sales teams.
Duties
Ensure the salon, salon back of house office and vitrines are always clean and orderly.
Job Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
College degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to work as a team player
Foreign languages a plus
