- Description
As the store Manager and an ambassador for the brand, you will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be a leader, motivating your team and driving them to meet the high standards of the business and its brand partners. You will be a strong presence on the shop floor and will work to develop your team to maximise sales. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the store.
Criteria:-
Previous luxury retail management experience essential
Proven track record of managing and leading a motivated team to deliver results
Experience and success in delivering an exceptional customer experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
An excellent knowledge of fine jewellery and watches – GIA, GEM-A and FGA desirable
