- Description
- The role primarily focuses on helping our customers choose their perfect engagement and wedding rings, as well as hosting appointments to create pieces of bespoke jewellery. The role will consist of providing excellent customer service, and working with the rest of the team to ensure that pieces are completed to our clients expectations and deadlines.
The successful candidate will have at least one year of fine jewellery experience in a sales environment and will have a desire to develop their skills and grow with the business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about jewellery, sales and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
● Responding to customer enquiries by email and by phone
● Conducting sales meetings with customers
● Preparing and sending price quotes to customers
● Sourcing diamonds and other gemstones
● Liasing with the Production team to ensure fulfilment of customer orders
● Training with senior sales members to develop knowledge and skills
