- We have a fantastic vacancy for a Store Manager with a luxury jewellers based in the Somerset area of the UK.
As the Manager, you will have responsibility for the handling of day to day operations and management of the store. The role is to oversee the staffing requirements and to motivate a team to achieve sales and give exceptional customer service.
Criteria:-
Previous management experience essential
Experience of managing a small team
Excellent customer service skills, going the extra mile for customers
Previous merchandising experience desirable
Experience of high value stock takes essential
Excellent communication skills
A good jewellery knowledge essential
Jewellery qualification GIA/GEM-A/FGA desirable
Good negotiation skills
