- We have an exciting vacancy for a fine jewellery sales professional with a luxury jewellers based in Mayfair, London.
Sales / After Sales Service Sales and Customer Service
Attend to each client when they walk through the door and welcome them warmly.
Every client is to be receive the full company experience.
Focus on sales, both making sales personally and assisting your team to make their sales – ensure every opportunity is exploited.
Work as part of a team to provide all clients with an exceptional experience that is warm, welcoming, respectful, and knowledgeable.
Work with clients to help design new creations, remakes and arrange jewellery repairs either in store or via the internet or telephone.
Process any sales, send receipts, valuations, and guarantee cards as per policy and procedure.
Identify products and services ideal for add on sales and up sale opportunities.
Identify opportunities for suggestive selling and encourage others in the team to also think like this.
Prepare for client pickups and ensure all client documentation is completed correctly and is ready for clients prior to them collecting their creations.
Be available to greet clients via telephone and transfer clients to appropriate departments.
Ensure client data is entered into the appropriate database and all client quotes, wish lists and communication are recorded.
Ensure all client data is treated securely and used appropriately.
Work with Boutique Manager to nurture networking relationships.
Daily communication with the team, especially the Boutique Manager about sales leads, job repairs/ remakes etc.
Participate in Sales meetings and use your experience to help inspire the rest of the team to achieve exceptional service and sales.
