Job Description

You will lead the store and sales team to ensure a successful and memorable shopping environment. Your goal is to maximise sales and enhance client relations and to ensure that the luxury brand experience is met and exceeded on a daily basis.

General Duties:

Managing the retail team, store environment and all operational activity linked to the showroom.
Motivating and training the instore team to work cohesively and efficiently.
Ensure and maintain an exceptional level of customer service.
Clienteling, Networking and Events
Ensuring all client orders are on track and that clients are regularly updated on progress.
Ensuring a pristine, orderly showroom for clients to enjoy.
Work with the Marketing team managing on all store visuals, displays and windows.
Analysing and reporting sales data
Monitor accuracy of deposits and credits on the system and ensure these are accurate.
Reporting to management of sales vs targets and keeping on track with goals.
Ensuring a clear line of communication with Head Office in order to maximise all areas of knowledge and awareness surrounding internal processes and news.

Leading:

People Management experience is essential. You will be managing a team performing various sales, customer service, repair functions.
Supervise and manage employees and assign work schedules alongside rota support.
Hold weekly meetings to communicate key information with your team.
Keep track of sales performance and targets and motivate the team to increase month on month
You will be required to plan and coordinate promotional events along with Marketing  and Operations team.
 
About you:

Experience in a luxury environment essential.
Jewellery product knowledge is key to ensuring delivery of first-class knowledgeable customer service via your team or when directly assisting clients in store, online and via telephone.
You will be proactive, charming and efficient.
You will strive for improvement, continuously thinking of ways to exceed all client and company expectations. You shall ably motivate and train sales associates to create an optimum shopping environment
You will be aware of industry news, trends and of what competitors are doing.
You will be organised, able to analyse and have the ability to use stock systems, excel whilst being proficient in creating reports as required for your department.
