- We have an exciting vacancy for a Visual Merchandiser with a well known and successful fine jewellery company in London.
Job Description
The successful candidate will play an important part in the fast growth of the wholesale department and will also be responsible for the visual presentation and training within the companies stores in London. You would work closely with the Marketing team and the MD to execute the Visual Merchandising and Training needs of the business.
Core responsibilities are but not limited to:
To take the lead on executing VM projects within the business for Retail + Wholesale
To oversee the VM budget
Creating and managing the VM calendar in conjunction with the Marketing Dept
Responsible for implementing the VM Guidelines + processes
Responsible for visiting and setting up all Wholesale stores stocking the brand
Ordering of the displays as required to fulfil all new store openings
Maintaining stock levels of props
Brand training of B to B store teams and internal employees
Supporting other departments as required in quieter periods
Profile:
This is a creative and hands on role combined.
Experience in luxury retail beneficial
Visual merchandising or a natural flair for visual merchandising beneficial
Jewellery experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for working in a small team for a highly regarded luxury brand
Strong attention to detail
Ability to comfortably work with stock systems and Excel
Proactive and able to work off own initiative
Well-presented
Willing to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude
Willingness to travel
Good energy and drive
