Description
We have a great vacancy for an Assistant Manager/Manager with a successful established jewellers in South london.

Criteria:-

Excellent customer service standards, going the extra mile at all times for customers
Manage and motivate yourself and the team to increase sales and sales efficiency
Administration of sales, paperwork, general supplies
Experience of freehand drawing/designing bespoke jewellery pieces 
Management experience in a jewellery capacity preferred
Competent with EPOS systems 
Managerial experience dealing with staff issues, work rotas, holidays, holiday cover, communicating to colleagues on business performance
Initiate changes to improve the business by being pro-active not reactive; forward thinking of situations
