- We have a special vacancy for a customer care executive with a well know luxury watch brand based in London.This is a 12 month contract starting ASAP.As the main point of contact from an After Sales perspective, the role encompasses all aspects of client care. All B2B and B2C email/phone general enquiries, and, first stage customer complaints are included in the remit.
Managing customer complaints:
Offering a personal experience throughout the complaint process
Supplying written details of watch faults
Negotiating discounts and organising gifts to ensure customer satisfaction
Tracking of repair flow and ensuring that they are completed in timely manner:
Update clients and retailers regarding delays
Utilise system tools to manage complaints and ‘alert’ repairs
Manage physical flow of repairs:
Creation of all BTQ transfers and redistribution to European service centres
This role is Head Office based, Monday to Friday and would be suitable for a candidate from a luxury watch or jewellery background who has experience of customer service.
