- We are actively looking for a customer care administrator for a watch company in London.
Responsibilities
Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients (e-mail, letters etc.)
Office administration
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Assist with office telephones and management of own emails with customers
Assist clients who visit office premises
Administration for watch materials and watch parts
Requirements
Proven experience in administration or similar relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work well within a team and on own
Excellent time management skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems
