Jewellery Stylist Recruitment has been exclusively retained to recruit an experienced National Account Manager on behalf of a prestigious jewellery company.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with extensive experience working within the jewellery industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with independent jewellery retailers across the UK, representing an exceptional portfolio of fine jewellery products.
This role would suit someone who already has a strong reputation within the industry and enjoys building long-term relationships with independent jewellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an established portfolio of independent jewellery retailers throughout the UK.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with high-quality independent jewellers.
- Present and sell high-value fine jewellery collections to retail partners.
- Carry and manage a substantial portfolio of high-value jewellery stock whilst travelling.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular face-to-face visits.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide product knowledge, merchandising advice and commercial support.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, customer events and industry functions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and account plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a National Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or similar within the jewellery industry.
- Proven experience carrying and selling high-value jewellery stock.
- Existing relationships with independent jewellers throughout the UK are essential.
- Strong commercial awareness with a successful track record of growing sales.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a national customer base.
- Self-motivated, professional and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
