Sales & Product Operations Specialist

General

The right candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our global retail network, acting as the key point of contact between our markets, the stores and the different HQ teams including Merchandising, Production, Procurement, and Shipping.

This position ensures exceptional support across all retail markets by managing product enquiries, coordinating bespoke and special orders, supporting VIP client quotations, and overseeing operational requests relating to exhibitions, events and store openings.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with excellent organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail, agility and the ability to build relationships across multiple teams in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Retail Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client product enquiries from international retail teams.
  • Provide expert product guidance and recommendations.
  • Support regional teams with product availability and information.

Special Orders & Client Projects

  • Manage the end-to-end process for bespoke and special orders.
  • Coordinate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor order progress and communicate updates to retail teams.

VIP Client Support

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and quotations for VIP clients.
  • Assist in product selection for important client appointments.
  • Support senior management with strategic client requests.

Exhibitions & Store Openings

  • Coordinate product selection.
  • Manage stock allocations and movements for events.
  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution.

Aftersales Operations

  • Support after-sales enquiries and stock-related requests.
  • Maintain accurate product information and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to email and telephone enquiries.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal processes and communication.

Candidate Profile:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solver and confident making decisions.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in luxury retail or jewellery sector is mandatory.
  • Experience managing special orders or complex client requests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence working with senior management.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
