An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Luxury Watchmaker to join a prestigious luxury jeweller in the beautiful Devon area. This role is perfect for a highly skilled and detail-oriented watchmaker with a passion for luxury timepieces and exceptional customer service. The company would consider a WOSTEP/BHI or equivalent qualified watchmaker and Rolex training could be provided for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality servicing and repairs on Rolex watches to Level 40 accreditation standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs and services.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all watches meet Rolex standards.
- Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding the care and maintenance of their timepieces.
- Collaborate with the sales team to uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all Rolex and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Rolex Level 40 Accreditation is desirable
- The company would look at a WOSTEP/BHI qualified watchmaker and provide Rolex training
- Proven experience in luxury watch servicing and repair.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all work undertaken.
- Strong understanding of watchmaking tools, equipment, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining Rolex standards.
