We have a vacancy for a Production Assistant with an ELITE jewellery house based in London.
The Production team plays a crucial role in the operations by overseeing the manufacturing process and the product development of jewellery pieces from the conception to the final deliveries. As a Production Assistant, your main mission will be to provide operational support to the production organisation and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a growing business environment.
Duties:
- To support all aspects of the Production team in the critical flow of jewellery and watch production
- Placing stock orders and reviewing deadlines
- Building strong communication with workshops
- Assisting the merchandising teams with retail needs (client enquiries, quotation, deadline management, special order and design requests)
- Professional competencies.
- Advanced Excel and good analytical skills
- SAP experience a plus
- Background in the jewellery or luxury industry is preferred
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and managing high volume of references would be greatly appreciated
